Ms. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts from York University (Canada), a Bachelor of Laws from Coventry University (UK), and a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. With over 15 years in the legal industry, Ms. Morgan first started her legal journey as a Legal Assistant working at a fast-paced Bay Street Firm, and thereafter, working as a Legal Research Assistant. Previously, she worked with the Citizens Advice Bureau where she assisted clients in all areas with their legal disputes and provided resources to support the outcome of her client's issues. Her most recent work involved working in a Personal Injury law firm in Toronto, where she assisted in achieving substantial financial settlements for her clients. Ms. Morgan is no stranger to business. She is an award-winning entrepreneur and the founder of Impact Business Hub, a not-for-profit co-working space for women entrepreneurs, partly funded by the Government of Ontario. She is a frequent contributor to Forbes Magazine, an RBC Woman Initiative nominee and a recipient of Canada’s 100 Black Women to Watch Award. Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys travelling, mentoring, and spending time with her family.
