One thing that is undeniable during this lockdown is how much we are eating. There is even a cute new term for how “fluffy” many of us are getting amidst the Netflix binging … and other types of binging, they call it “Pandemic Pounds”.

After toilet paper, our food supply is potentially the next shortage many of us are facing. Going out to buy groceries is akin to entering the coronavirus battlefields; no idea what you will arrive to find or what price will greet you when you get there. Rather than rushing to the grocery store to grab that missing ingredient for the ideal dish, we’re making what we can with what we have.
